* If your child is taking the van to camp you must ship the luggage to camp via UPS 4 days before the start of camp.*
We offer van service to the following locations:
Washington DC & Dulles International Airport: $70
Harrisburg International Airport, PA: $50
North East Van with stops in Saddle Brook, NJ; Tarrytown, NY; Westport, CT; West Haven, CT: $85
Harrisburg International Airport offers direct flights from Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Detroit, and others.
Arrival times on the opening day of camp: Between 2pm-6pm ,br />
Departure times on the closing day of camp: Between 1pm-6pm
Dulles International Airport offers direct flights from Florida and many other destinations. We require all our international campers to arrive here.

Opening Day of Camp: The NORTHEAST/CONNECTICUT VAN will be making four stops . Camp’s Number 814-667-3874
7:30 AM – Best Western Executive Hotel The first stop is in West Haven, CT, The counselors will meet you in the parking lot (in front of the lobby) at the off Exit 42 (from I-95).
Directions to the hotel: Phone 203 933 0344 at 490 Saw Mill Rd., West Haven, CT.
Coming from north of West Haven, traveling south: Take Exit 42 off of I-95. At the end of the exit, turn left and travel a few hundred yards. The Best Western is on your left. If you arrive early and want to get something to eat or a cup of coffee, there are a few breakfast places just across the street from the hotel.
Coming from the south, traveling north: Take Exit 42 off of I-95. At the end of the exit ramp make a right-hand turn–the Best Western is on your left about a third of a mile from the exit ramp, located behind the Staples store.
8:30 AM – Jasmine Restaurant Our second stop with the Northeast/Connecticut Van is in Westport, CT, We’ll meet at the Jasmine Restaurant , 60 Charles St, off exit 17 from I-95.
Directions to the restaurant:
Traveling south from north of Westport: Take Exit 17 off of I-95 for CT 33. At the end of the exit travel right, going under the overpass, then take the first left onto Charles Street. There is a building at the bottom of the first little hill on your left, just a few hundred yards from the turn. Jasmine Restaurant is just across the road from the Railroad Station parking lot. Traveling north from south of Westport: Take Exit 17 off of I-95. At the bottom of the exit ramp you will come to a light –go straight across the intersection. The Jasmine Restaurant will be the first building on your left-hand side in a few hundred yards, directly across from the RR station. We’ll be in the parking lot of the restaurant.
10:00 AM - El Dorado West – Diner Our third stop with the Northeast/Connecticut Van is in Tarrytown, NY, at the El Dorado West Diner, 460 S. Broadway, Tarrytown, NY Phone 914 332 5838 (just across from the Doubltree Inn that is being renovated) Directions to the El Dorado Diner: From I-287 West, take I-87 North towards the Tappan Zee Bridge. Turn right on ramp at sign reading “Exit 9 to US-9/Tarrytown” and go North for 0.2 miles. Turn left on RT-119 White Plains Rd., Tarrytown-White Plains Rd and go West for 0.3 miles. Turn left on US-9, South Broadway and go South for 0.2 miles to the ElDorado Diner. The Diner is just acrfoss the road from the Douybletree Inn that is being renovated. We will meet in the parking lot of the Diner at 10:00am. Keep your eyes peeled for the big van and two staff members wearing “Stone Mountain Adventures” T-shirts.
11:15 AM – Marriott Hotel The final pick-up spot for the Northeast/Connecticut Van is in Saddlebrook, NJ, in the Marriott’s parking lot at the intersection of I-80 and the Garden State Parkway. 138 Pehle Avenue; Saddle Brook, New Jersey 07663 1-201-843-9500 Exit 159 Off the Garden State Parkway or Exit 62 off of I-80
