- Compete our Online Camper Application and create a user account login. If you prefer to print our SMA Camp Application and send it in please Click Here.
- Once you have submitted your Camper Application send in your deposit via check to: - Stone Mountain Adventures 9803 Old Hawn Rd, Huntingdon, PA 16652 - OR Click Here to Make a Credit Card Payment
- When we receive your Camper Application and Deposit we will send you an Enrollment Packet which includes: Medical Forms, Packing Lists, Travel Details & other information. Click Here to download those forms now.
