VIC Vietnam, a fantastic group of 7 teen students and 2 adult leaders, is bringing their energy and culture to our camp. They’ll have their own cabin but will also share the experience of our camper cabins, blending in seamlessly with our diverse camp community. Throughout their stay, they’ll dive into our full range of camp activities during the day and evening, with a sprinkle of “touristy things” now and then to make their experience even more memorable.

The VIC Vietnam group is set to touch down at JFK Airport on Saturday, July 6th, 2024. After a night near the bright lights of New York City, they’ll make their way to SMA on Sunday, July 7th, just in time to kick off their adventure with our signature “Power Hour of Freedom,” followed by a delicious dinner and an exciting evening activity.

This isn’t the first time we’ve had the pleasure of hosting VIC Vietnam at SMA. We first welcomed them back in the summer of 2018, and we’re absolutely thrilled to renew our friendship and create new memories together this year.

At Stone Mountain Adventures, we cherish the value of cross-cultural interaction and friendship. It’s more than just sharing activities; it’s about learning from one another, celebrating our differences, and building connections that span continents. The presence of VIC Vietnam enriches our camp community, reminding us all of the beauty of diversity and the joy of forging friendships that transcend borders.  We also  have international campers from France, Spain, Belgium and 9 US States as well as adult camp counselors from New Zealand, France, Germany, Austria and the UK and of course the USA!

So, let’s give a warm SMA welcome to VIC Vietnam! We can’t wait to see the adventures, laughter, and lifelong friendships that this summer holds in store for all of us.
